2008 will mark the first ever multi-site Parade of Homes in the tri-county area of Youngstown, Ohio. The Home Builders Association of the Mahoning Valley announced on September 18th that the City of Columbiana has secured the 2008 Parade of Homes, which will take place from June 13th thru June 22nd. The Parade will be showcasing three developments, The Links at Firestone Farms, Old Saybrook, and Cedar Run, each with their own price point. Another first is that each development will have 4-7 parade homes that will have a fixed sales price. This year we are working closely with the sponsors and builders alike to achieve the biggest and most beneficial parade ever in our valley with one goal in mind, to sell homes quickly. We are excited for the 2008 building season to begin and are looking forward to showcasing the fine communities that this valley has to offer.
